摘要
陕西作为文化资源大省,发展文化产业是抢占未来经济制高点的必然选择。近年来,在各级政府的大力推进下,陕西文化产业在行业结构、产业规模、所有制构成等方面均取得了较大的发展;但是,在人才培养、产业意识、资源开发、产品结构、体制改革、政策完善等方面依然存在诸多问题;为此,我们必须针对以上问题提出具有针对性和操作性的战略对策,才能实现陕西文化产业的可持续发展。
It is quite necessary for Shannxi, a province of rich cultural resources, to promote the development of cultural industry in order to gain an upper hand in the future economic market. In recent years, Shannxi Cultural Industry has made remarkable progress in the aspects of structure, scale, ownership, etc. with the generous support of governments of all levels. However, there are still many problems unsolved, such as training of talents, awareness of industry, exploitation of resources, structure of products, reform of systems, perfection of policies, etc. Therefore, specific and feasible strategic measures must be taken to tackle the above-mentioned problems and maintain the sustainable development of Shannxi Cultural Industry.
