摘要
校园生态文化在创新型人才培养中具有重要的地位,可以提高大学生的创新意识,丰富他们的知识结构、培养他们的创新能力。通过校园文化保障体系的建设、校园文化特色的锤炼、校园文化环境建设和校园文化平台的拓展,科学构建校园生态文化建设体系,将有助于促进创新型人才培养目标的实现。
Ecological cultural system on campus plays an important role in training creative talents. It can develop the creative sense of university students, enrich their knowledge structure and enhance their creative ability. The goal can be attained through the following steps, such as, scientifically building up ecological cultural system on campus, setting up supporting system of campus culture, creating specific campus culture, and developing environment of campus culture and offering platform for campus culture.
