摘要
构建终身教育体系已成为世界各国社会和教育发展的一项重要战略。文章主要阐述了地方院校在构建地方终身教育体系中所具有的地位和作用。地方院校要紧密结合正规教育与非正规教育,不断加强地方科研项目开发与管理,开发区域特色的终身教育资源,不断扩大开放程度,加强学校与社区的结合,重新调配教育资源,不断拓展网络信息化能力,开辟构建终身教育体系新途径。
To construct system of lifelong education has become an important strategy of the world＇s social and educational development. This thesis elaborates the status and role of local institutions in establishing life - long education system. Local colleges and universities must be in close connection with formal education and non -formal education, and constantly strengthen local development and management of research projects, develop regional characteristics and life -long education resources, expand opening up, energize the combination of re - deployment of educational resources, and continuously expand network information capabilities, and open up new ways to build life -long education system.
