摘要
分析我国实施逆向物流的现状及实践,提出第三方物流(3PL)、制造企业、政府及消费者等两阶段多方博弈模型,第1阶段是制造企业、政府、消费者之间的"多方博弈"模型,第2阶段是制造企业与3PL之间的"委托-代理"模型。根据产品回收价值的高低和对环境影响程度的大小进行产品分类,分析不同种类的产品的博弈过程,得出各主体的逆向物流参与决策,以及制造企业物流模式的选择。以废旧台式电脑逆向物流为例进行博弈分析和计算,结果表明该模型计算的有效性和可行性。
In recent years, more and more attention is paid to reverse logistics and recycling of end-of-life products. With the investigation of implementation state of reverse logistics, a Multi-game model for reverse logistics is developed to describe the relationship among manufacturing enterprises, the government, customer, and third party logistics (3PL). It is a two layer model. At the first layer, it is a multi-game model among manufacturing enterprises, the government, consumers. At the second layer, it is "principal-agent" model between manufacturers and 3PL. Products are classified based on their recycling value and environment pollution. Then, with the model, game process for different class of products is analyzed. With this analysis, a party in the game can decide what strategy should be taken in the reverse logistics and a manufacturing enterprise can select a logistics mode properly. By using the recycling of salvage computers as example, it shows that the model is effective and feasible.
