摘要
从果园土壤中分离获得4株对香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense)具有显著抑制作用的拮抗菌bio-B3、bio-d4、bio-d5和bio-P,并对它们的防治效果进行了试验.结果表明,拮抗菌bio-B3、bio-d4、bio-d5发酵液100,200和300倍稀释液对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果为53.3%-80.2%,它们之间无显著性差异,但显著大于bio-P和恶霉灵的防治效果(P〈0.05).经形态、培养特征和生理生化特性等鉴定,分别将拮抗菌bio-B3、bio-d4、bio-d5和bio-P初步鉴定为迟钝爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella tard)、绿针假单胞菌(Pseudomonas chlororaphis)、恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas utida)和成团肠杆菌(Enterobacter agglomerans).
Four antagonistic bacteria strains with significant inhibitory effect against Fusarium oxyaporum f.sp.cubense were obtained through isolation from the soil of banana and other fruit garden,their control efficacies to banana Fusarium wilt was detected.The results showed that antagonistic bacterium strains d4,d5,B3 and p were significantly inhibitory to F.oxyaporum f.sp.cubense,and that inhibitive zones that they produced ranged from 21.75 mm to 34.75 mm on PDA plates.The control efficacies of 100,200,300-fold diluted fermentation solution of antagonistic strains bio-d4,bio-d5 and bio-B3 were between 53.3% and 80.2%,being significantly stronger than the efficacies of antagonistic strain bio-P and chemical hymexazol.On the basis of morphology,colony shape,physiological and biochemical characteristics,strains bio-B3,bio-d4,bio-d5 and bio-P were identified as Edwardsiella tard,Pseudomonas chlororaphis,Pseudomonas putida and Enterobacter agglomerans,respectively.
