摘要
文章结合国外1 000 kV变压器和国内750 kV变压器绝缘油的现场处理和运行经验,开展了交流特高压变压器油全密封处理系统的研究并就1 000 kV变压器油现场处理时各阶段的标准、影响变压器油品质的因数,真空滤油机的性能要求等进行详细阐述,对变压器油全密封处理的3个方案分别进行比对和确认,全面总结了全密封处理方案的创新点,为今后特高压工程建设的变压器绝缘油处理提供了理论支持。
With considerations of the operation experience of abroad 1 000 kV transformer and domestic 750 kV transformer insulating oil, study on omni-sealed treatment system of UHV A. C. transformer oil was in progress. In the light of 1 000 kV transformer oil site treatment standard of each stages, the influence factor of transformer oil quality and performance requirements of vacuum filter were expounded in detail. The 3 treatment schemes of the omni-sealed transformer oil were compared and confirmed. The paper comprehensively summarizes the innovations of the treatment scheme and offers theory support for disposing transformer insulating oil in UHV construction.
