摘要
[目的]对F2群体外观品质和农艺性状的相关关系进行分析。[方法]以武育粳3号为母本,带有籼稻血缘的日本优质粳稻爱知106为父本,配组建立了由284个单株组成的F2群体,对群体进行外观品质性状和农艺性状进行考查,并分析了各性状间的相关关系。[结果]对F2群体外观品质性状进行相关分析发现,精米粒形性状间、垩白性状间以及粒形和垩白性状间均存在不同程度的相关性。外观品质性状与形态性状间的相关分析表明,株型的形态构成对稻米外观品质的形成有一定作用。外观品质性状与产量构成性状间的相关分析则表明,多个产量相关性状与精米粒长和粒宽呈极显著正相关,但与垩白性状相关性较低。[结论]利用此分离群体解析了优良粳稻品种间杂交后代外观品质性状和农艺性状在群体中的分布特征和相互联系,为高产优质型粳稻新品种选育提供了参考依据。
[ Objective ] This study aimed to analyze the correlation between appearance quality and agronomic traits of the F2 progeny. [ Method] Using two japonica rice varieties Wuyujing 3 as the female parent and Aichil06 from Japan with indica source as the male parent, an F2population containing 284 plants was established and correlations of appearance quality traits and agronomic traits were examined and analyzed. [ Result ] Correlation analysis of the appearance quality in the population showed that various degrees of relevance existed among the shape traits and chalky traits of milled rice and between them. Analysis of the correlation between morphological traits and appearance quality traits showed that the plant shape had some effects on formation of the appearance quality. Correlation analysis between appearance quality and yield component traits showed that several yield-related traits bad highly significant positive correlation to grain length and grain width of the milled rice, while they bad no significant correlation to the chalky traits. [ Conclusion ] The results above elucidated the distribution and interrelationship characteristics of appearance quality traits and agronomic traits in an F2 population crossed from two high-quality japonica rice varieties, which provided some theoretical significance for combination breeding of high yield and high quality rice.
