摘要
研究了组织胺H_2受体拮抗剂甲氰咪胍对垂体-性腺轴的影响。发现甲氰咪胍能显著减小LHRH刺激下LH、FSH和T反应曲线下绝对面积、降低峰值与基础值的比值和延缓峰值出现时间;而DHT分泌则无显著改变。研究结果表明组织胺H_2受体拮抗剂能抑制垂体LH和FSH的释放,由此使睾丸间质细胞T分泌减少。
The effects of the histamine(H_2)receptor antagonist cimetidine on the responses of LH,FSH,T and DHT secretion to LHRH were studied in 10 normal men.Cimetidine, when given by i.m.and i.v.at the dose of respectively,altered significantly LH,FSH and T secretion and did not altered DHT secretion after stimulation with LHRH. These findings suggest cimetidine,histamine(H_2)receptor antagonist,inhibits release of gonadotrophin and in turn indirectly decreases T secretion.
