摘要 通过对二甲醚燃烧的详细化学动力学的研究以及温度敏感性分析,构建了一个涉及31种组分、49个基元反应的简化机理。该简化机理包括低温阶段、NTC区子机理、甲酸生成与消耗子机理和高温阶段子机理。通过分析过量空气系数、进气温度、压缩比对二甲醚均质压燃的影响以及重要组分的变化过程,验证了简化机理在缸内压力、温度、燃烧始点和NTC区等与详细机理的一致性。 In this paper, a reduced mechanism for 31 species and 49 reactions is presented based on the study of detailed chemical kinetics model and analysis of sensitivity of dimethyl ether(DME). This new reduced mechanism includes low temperature region and negative temperature coefficient(NTC) region submodel, formic acid formation and consumption submodel, as well as high temperature region submodel. The reduced mechanism shows great agreement with the detailed one in cylinder pressure, cylinder temperature, ignition time and NTC region in the study of the influence of excess air ratio , intake air temperature , compression ratio and the route of important specises.
