摘要
文中对两种天然惰性降失水剂玉米棒蕊（ＹＢ）、稻谷壳（ＤＫ）经过特殊加工处理后，对其各项钻井液功能进行了较系统的研究。到目前为止，市面上出售的钻井液降失水剂，有些是人工合成的或合成产品经改性的产物，有的是天然产物改性的处理剂。这些产品不但成本高，且有污染、荧光，在实际使用中限制较多。因此找到一种无污染、无荧光、且成本低的天然惰性降失水剂是很有必要的。为此，对两种天然原料（玉米棒蕊、稻谷壳）进行了特殊加工，考察了它们在钻井液中的作用性能。实验发现，该两种处理剂加量少，作用效果显著，具有良好的降失水、抗温、抗盐、抗钙、热稳定性好、配伍性强等功能，且货源广、成本低、生产工艺简单，是两种新型的天然惰性降失水剂。
In this paper,the various functions of drilling fluid treated with two process natural inert filtrate reducers—corncob(YB)and rice husk(DK)are systematically studied.Up to now,some of the drilling fluid filtrate reducers on the market are synthesized or the products of modified synthetic products and some of those are the additives from modified natural matters,as the sulfonated asphalt which is made up through a complex process such as sulfonation,neutralization,emulsification and stoving etc.These products not only have a high cost but also have contaminants and fluorescence,being greatly restricted in their application.Therefore,it is necessary to find a low cost natural inert filtrate reducer without contamination and fluorescence.For this,a special process is made for the two natural matters(corncob and rice husk)and their function and performance in drilling fluid are examined.The experiment shows that the added quantity of the two additives is small,their results are obvious,being of good functions of reducing filtrate loss,resistance to temperature,salt and calcium,and good stability as well as strong compatibility.In addition,they have a vast source,a low cost and a simple producing process,being two new natural inert filtrate reducers.
