摘要
根据工程量清单计价的特点,对工程量清单计价模式下招标文件及标底价格的编制等作了论述,并对清单计价模式下的投标策略进行了探讨,最后阐明了工程量清单与招投标的关系,以积累相关经验。
According to the characteristics of the project quantity list valuation,it discusses on the compilation of the bidding file and baseprice on the pattern of the project quantity list valuation,and describes the bidding scheme on the pattern of the list valuation,finally reviews relationship between project quantity list and bidding,so as to accumulate corresponding experiences.
