摘要
主要介绍了多层砖混房屋的主要震害特征、建筑结构布置和抗震构造要求,对影响砌体房屋抗震性能的因素进行了分析,从而满足抗震规范提出的"小震不坏,中震可修,大震不倒"的抗震设防目标。
The main seismic hazard characteristic of multi-stored masonry structure building,architectural structure institution and aseismic constitution requirement were introduced mainly.The factors influenced masonry structure building aseismic property was analyzed,therefore satisfied the aseismic design goal of＂ no damage in small earthquake,repairable under moderate earthquake and no collapsing with strong earthquake＂ proposed by seismic standard.
