摘要
油管的损坏是多种随机因素综合作用的结果,是造成抽油井检泵的主要原因之一。通过大庆油田采油一厂1986~1996年各井油管损坏的实际资料和数据以及现场统计调查,建立了3.5mm单根油管和油管柱的寿命统计模型,由此模型用数理统计方法对油管和油管柱的寿命分布规律进行了讨论,指出油管和油管柱的失效寿命分别服从威布尔分布和指数分布,得到了油管的失效规律。经程序计算可知,同种规格的油管柱寿命约为单根油管寿命的二分之一。
Tubing failure, resulted from several random factors, is one of the main causes resulting in pump overhaul. Based on the field statistic data, the life statistic medels for 63 .5mm single tubing and tubing string are established. And by means of these models, the life distribution patterns of tubing and tubing string are investigated by using the statistic methed. It is indicated that, the failure life of tubing and tubing string are respectively subordinate to Weibull distribu-tion and Index distribution, thereby the failure pattem of tubing is obtained. Calculation by computer shows that the life of tubing string is a half of a single tubing of the same diameter.
