摘要
中央与地方关系是国家生活中最重要的关系之一,它直接影响到民族团结、政治稳定、经济发展。建国前后,以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人,为处理这一关系进行了积极的理论与实践探索。回溯这一历史并总结其经验,有利于当今我国中央与地方关系的科学化、民主化、法制化建设。
The relation central goverment and local goverments is of one of the most important issues in state affairs, and plays a crecial role in national unity, political stability and economic development. Since the founding of New China, the Party with Mao Zedong as a representive has made thoeretical and practical efforts in handling the relationship. It is of great significance for a scientific／democratic and legal relation between central government and local governments to review and summarize the previous work in such field.
