摘要
采用高效液相色谱法建立葛根醋的指纹图谱,为葛根的综合开发和葛根醋的质量控制提供依据。结果显示供试品溶液在24h内稳定,葛根素回收率达98.44%,精密度、重复性、稳定性和回收率试验结果的RSD均小于3%,该方法可作为葛根醋的质量控制依据。
In order to develop pueraria utilization and improve the quality of Pueraria vinegar, the fingerprint of pueraria vinegar was established by HPLC in this paper. It was showed that the solution samples kept stable within 24 h and the recovery rate reached 98.44%. The RSD of accuracy, reproducibility, stability and reproducibility were all less than 3%. Therefore, the method could be used to control the quality of pueraria vinegar.
