摘要
采用气相色谱法测定金匮肾气口服液中丹皮酚的含量．线性关系良好，相关系数ｒ＝０９９９９，平均回收率为９７８％，ＲＳＤ为２６％．
A method has been established for the quantitative determination of Paeonol in the Jin Kui Shen Qi Oral Liquid by GC.The linear relationship was quite good.The correlation coefficient was 0 999 9,the average recovery was 97 8%,and RSD was 2 6%.
