摘要
为解决电子病历的真实性与完整性问题,需要对电子病历进行加密。本文提出了一种数字签名算法,通过验证数字签名来确定电子病历的合法性。在此基础上,给出了RSA算法的实现策略,实现了电子病历的安全性与不可抵赖性。
It is needed to encrypt computerized patient record for solving the authenticity and the integrality of electronic medical record. This paper provides a sort of Digital Signature Algorithm, and confirms the legacy of electronic medical record by validating digital signature. On this basis, the paper gives the implementation strategy of RSA Algorithm and thus guarantees the security and the non - repudiation of electronic medical record.
