氯化钾致大鼠组织损伤早期处理的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 为了探讨氯化钾所致组织损伤早期处理的最佳方法,选用45只大鼠,分为3组,即对照组、冷敷组和热敷组进行实验,分别在大鼠肌肉丰富的后肢注射15%的氯化钾0.5ml,制成局部组织损伤动物模型,于注射后30min、24h、48h进行局部组织病理学检查,发现冷敷组和热敷组局部组织病理改变比对照组加重。 In order to investigate the best early treatment on the tissue damage induced by potassium chloride, we selected 45 wistar rats divided into three groups which are group of control, group of cold treatment and group of warm Treatment. 0.5ml of 15% of potassium chloride was injected into the lower legs of rat where have abundant muscle tissue to make the animal model of the regional tissue damage. After the injection, the pathological examination of the regional tissue conducted at 0.5hr, 24hr and 48hr respectively. It was found that the tissue pathological damage is worsened in group of cold and warm Treatment compared with group of control. It suggests that both cold and warm treatment should not be conducted in the case of the hypodermic leakage of potassium chloried.
