响应面法优化Hs-5乳酸链球菌发酵工艺研究 被引量:3

Hs-5 nisin optimization of the fermentation conditions

摘要 利用实验设计软件Design-Expert,通过二次回归设计得到了生物防腐剂Nisin产生效价与发酵温度、培养基pH值、接种量、装液量关系的回归模型,经检验证明该模型是合理可靠的,能够较好地预测Nisin的生成效价。在对影响Nisin生成效价的关键因素及其相互作用进行探讨后,得到的优化工艺参数为:pH6.9、装液量为100mL/500mL、接种量为5%、温度为30℃,此条件下,Nisin生成效价理论值为2827。因此,利用响应面分析方法对Nisin发酵工艺进行优化,可获得最优的工艺参数,从而为进一步的实验研究奠定基础。 Using experimental design software Design-Expert, quadratic regression through the design of biological preservative nisin titer produced with fermentation temperature, medium pH, inoculum size, liquid volume relationship regression model, after testing proved that the model is reasonable and reliable and be able to better predict the effectiveness of price of raw nisin. Health effects of nisin on the effectiveness of price of the key factors and their interactions to explore, the obtained optimum process parameters: pH6.9, volume of liquid 100 mL/500 mL, inoculum size 5%, temperature of 30 ℃, Under this condition, nisin health and the effectiveness of the theoretical value for the 2827 price. Therefore, the use of response surface analysis method for nisin fermentation process optimization, will be the optimal process parameters, so as to further lay the foundation for experimental research.
