摘要
我国政府信息公开工作已进入快速推进阶段,但标准还不统一,目录建设与发布还没有形成完善的机制,缺乏统一服务平台。OCLC的组织机制和建设模式可为政府信息公开目录建设提供启示和借鉴。我国政府公开信息整合服务平台应以建设成为政府信息公开目录体系的基础平台和重要组成部分为目标,在组织体制和运行机制上尝试创新,开展联合开放编目,充分发挥图书馆等专业信息机构在信息公开工作中的作用。
The effort of China＇s open government information has made a rapid and great progress, although unified standards, the comprehensive mechanism and the unified service platform are absent. Organization system and construction mechanism of OCLC can be drawn on the construction of the Government Information Openness Catalog. The goal of the Chinese Government Public Information Online in the future should be constructed into the important foundation and component of the Government Information Openness Catalog system. Therefore, we should explore innovation in the organization system and operational mechanism, and conduct cooperative and open cataloguing, giving full play to the role of libraries in open government information.
