摘要
web2.0环境下政府信息服务的有效运行,受到政府网站、公众素质、政府政策、政府人文等因素的影响,并以政府政策与人文因素为主要影响因素。此外,web2.0的出现给政府服务理念、政府管理体制、网络/社会安全保障、政府人员综合素质等提出了新的要求。因此,web2.0环境下的政府信息服务运行机制应包括:公众参与机制、政民互动机制、民意提取机制、web2.0风险平衡机制等。
The quality of the government information services are affected by government website, public quality, policies and other human factors, and the policies and humanities are the most important factors. Besides that, with the emerging of web2.0, it requests enhancing the qualities of the government, such as the government service concept, the government management organizations, the network / social security and the comprehensive quality of government officials. In the end, the operating mechanisms of the government information services under web2.0 environment must include the following mechanisms： promotion of the public participation, the interaction between the government and the public, the extraction of the public opinion and the risk balance mechanism under web2.0 environment.
