红外图像处理技术在苹果早期淤伤检测中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 在苹果品质检测中,淤伤是影响检测效率的一个重要原因,针对苹果淤伤检测这一难题,提出应用红外图像处理技术解决。根据红外热图像成像原理及其特点,采用风扇加热与冷却两种实验方法。在实验过程中,红外摄像机拍摄获得苹果红外图像,选用优越的混合图像增强算法等红外图像处理方法识别早期淤伤。实验结果表明,应用红外图像技术可以检测苹果早期淤伤,且效率达96%以上。 Bruise is one ofthe most important causes for rejecting apples at quality inspection. Infrared image processing can implement bruise detection in apple. Infrared image processing is applied to solve this problem. Because of the theory and features of infrared thermal images forming, the images are gained by using two ways of fan heating and cooling, and then the good mixed image enhancement algorithm and other infrared image processing technology are used to detect. Experiments show that infrared image processing implement bruise detection in apple, up to above 96% of apple bruises are detected using infrared image.
