摘要
《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》提出要巩固与提高农村基层卫生队伍。为了做好这项工作，我们对全市６８９３名乡村医生现状进行了调查。结果表明，乡村医生年龄、知识老化陈旧，学历层次低，培训不正规，后顾之忧尤在，不能适应医学模式的转变，无法满足农村居民的医疗卫生需求。建议政府采取有效的措施，强化对乡村医生队伍的管理，提高乡村医生的整体素质，切实解决他们的后顾之忧，更好地发挥他们的作用。
to solidify and promote the village level health workers is stated in 'The Decision of the Reform and Development of Health by the State Committee of the Party'. To do the best of this work, the existing situations of 6893 village doctors in the municipality were surveyed and the results showed that:'the village doctors are young, being educated from informal and low curriculum technical shools and their knowledge are old and outmodel, unable to adapt the transformation of medical model and no way to satisfy the demand of the therapcutics and health for village people, which is the situation of fear of disturbance in the real'. It is suggested that the government should conduct effective measures to reinforce the management of village doctors’ ranks,to promote the whole quality of village doctors aiming at solving their fear of the future substantially to develop their role better.
