摘要
本文分析了高等医学教育存在的一些问题，研讨了医学生素质教育的必要性、核心、途径和方法，认为医学生素质教育的核心是培养创新能力，重点是加强医学人文素质教育，而首先要提高教师的全面素质。
After having analysed some existing problems in the education of Universities of Medical Sciences, the necessity, core contents, ways and methods for quality education of medical students were discussed. It is thought that the core for the quality education of medical students is to cultivate the ability to bring forth new ideas and that the key point is to enhance the education of medical humanity and that in doing so,first of all is to raise teachers overall quality. Authors address suzhou Medical college and Jiangnan Institute.
