摘要
针对直接注入式喷药机结构复杂延时时间确定困难的问题,开发一套直注式施药延时时间测试系统。该系统利用链传动方式和霍尔开关特性对喷洒的农药和水的混合液进行连续瞬间采样,由于混合液浓度间接地反映注入农药的流量,所以通过比较分析混合液浓度和注药流量变化的时间可得出延时时间。本研究利用该测试系统对已研制的直接注入式喷洒机进行实验分析,结果表明:直接注入式喷洒机各喷头均存在着明显的响应延时,延时时间为11.3~12.1s,并且农药的注入流量发生改变对延时时间影响不显著。实际应用时直接注入式喷雾机只要设定适当时间提前量,可以提高其喷洒的精确度。
A lag time measuring system was developed for the performance evaluation of a chemical direct injection applicator. The system was able to sample the injection solution continuously using sprocket chain and hail switch system. The differences of chemical concentration at different nozzles were used for monitoring the chemical lag time. The fluorescent tracer dye was applied to simulate the chemical in the experiments. The measured results showed the lag time among nozzles of the applicator was between 11.3 s and 12.1 s. The injection rate change had no influence on the lag time. In practice, the time delay could be compensated by setting the chemical injection ahead.
