摘要
应用MicrosoftExcel软件及其规划求解工具,通过输入公式、调用函数编写计算程序,建立水泥生产四组原料配料计算Excel模板。计算结果表明:Excel配料计算模板可以快速、准确得到原料配合比的最优解,有助于实现新型干法水泥厂生料质量及时、有效地管理和控制。
The computing program was prepared by inputting formulas and calling functions using Microsoft Office Excel.The proportioning calculation model of four-component raw materials was built for cement producting.The experimental re-sults showed that Excel estimate model had a higher calculating rate and accuracy.Accomplish the more effective control of product quality.
