摘要
社区矫正主体的合理建构,是社区矫正进一步发展亟待研究的课题。本文通过对社区矫正主体资格、主体特点的探讨和试点时期我国社区矫正主体情况的研究,就如何合理建构社区矫正主体提出了一些设想。
Building a proper team of subjects for community correction is something needing immediate research for community correction to further develop. This article discusses this issue in terms of subject qualifications, subject characteristics and the actual situation of the subjects during the pilot period, and comes up with some suggestions on how to build a proper team for community correction.
