摘要
基于TMR饲料方式混合机理,设计小型立式TMR饲料车,确定了主要工作部件的结构和性能参数,对螺旋搅龙主轴的受力和运动特性方面作了数值模拟研究,进而实现小型立式TMR饲料车的工程设计和合理改进,为TMR饲料车的国产化进程提供一定的技术支持。
In this paper, small vertical TMR vehicle was designed based on TMR feed mixing mechanism and identified the main working parts of the structure and performance parameters, Screw auger in the force and motion characteristics have been made numerical simulation. Through the dynamic analysis and simulation to the key component, it carried out a deeper theoretical research of their movement and force, leading to the engineering design and reasonable improvements of the biaxial vertical TMR mixer. And it provides certain technical support for the process of manufacture domestically.
