摘要 针对康城矿资源日益枯竭现状,采用原有轻型放顶煤设备和综采技术回收厚2.0 m左右的2#底分层煤。对碎裂顶板复采工作面布置、设备选型和回采工艺等进行了设计。通过工作面和巷道顶板高水材料注浆,解决了碎裂顶板管理的难题。最大限度地回收了煤炭资源,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。本技术具有较高的实用价值,对于条件类似矿井有借鉴意义。 According to the situation that the resource of Kangcheng Coal Mine was increas- ingly exhausted, and the original light--duty fully mechanized caving equipment and fully mecha- nized mining technology were used to recycle 2.0m bottom coal of 2 # coal seam. The repeated mining face layout, equipment selection and extraction technology with cataclastie roof had been designed. High water material grouting was used in the working face roof controling and the roadway roof management, and the problem of cataclastic roof controling had been settled. The coal resource had been recovered to the utmost extent, which achieved good economic and social benefits. This technology has high practical value, provid the mine having similar condition with reference significance.
