摘要
以太原师范学院图书馆流通部为例,对高校图书馆读者流失现象进行了深入的分析,并提出了图书馆以高效优质服务吸引读者的有效措施。
Taking the circulation department of Taiyuan Normal College s library as an example,this paper analyzes the phenomena of reader drainage of university library,and puts forward some effective measures for attracting the readers through library s efficient and excellent service.
