摘要 本文介绍了开关磁阻电动机低速时的斩波控制与高速时的单脉冲控制方案,论述了控制参数的优化选择范围及其变化对电机效率和转矩的影响,在分析了模糊控制,比例积分控制以及系统本身特点的基础上,提出了基于上述控制方案的Fuzzy-PI复合控制算法,并详细地讨论了这种算法在开关磁阻电机系统中的实现,采用的粗调、细调技术有效地解决了动态性能与稳态精度之间的矛盾。文章最后给出了在5.5kWSR132-8/6样机上的运行试验结果。试验表明:这种控制方法性能优良。 This paper introduces the chopping control scheme of the switched Reluctance (SR) drive at low speed and its single-pulse control scheme ac high speed. The optimal range of motor parameters and the effects on the efficiency and torque due to their variations are described. On the basis of analyzing the Fuzzy control, the PI control and the feature of the system itself, a Fuzzy PI control algorithm has been presented according to the above control schemes. The implementation of the algorithm on the SR drive is also discussed in detail. The conflict between the dynamic-state and the steady-state performances has been solved effectively by the technology of coarse and fine adjustment. At the end of this paper, experimental results obtained from a 5.5kW SR132-8/6 prototype are given. Tests show that the control method is excellent.
