摘要
目的评价彩色多普勒超声对孤立性髂动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析6例经临床证实的孤立性髂动脉瘤患者声像图特征。结果双侧髂动脉瘤1例，右侧髂总动脉瘤5例，正常平行髂动静脉形态消失，病变局部动脉扩张，动脉结构失常，静脉受压，局部动脉管壁增厚，回声增强，见附壁血栓，部分病人近段血管壁上见硬斑块形成。结论彩色多普勒超声是一种元创、方便、实用、动态的检查手段，对于髂动脉瘤的诊断具有特殊意义。
Objective To estimate the value of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosing isolated iliac artery aneurysms. Methods Retrospective of analysis clinical and ultrasonic character of 6 cases isolated iliac artery aneurysms. Results 1 case of bilateral iliac artery aneurysms, 5 cases of right lilac artery aneurysm.The normal structure of lilac vascular disappear.Localized vessel was dilatate,structure of artery wall was normal.The iliac vein was pressed. Local artery wall incrassated and buildup.There were thrombus on the wall. There was densed plaque on approximately wall of some patients.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is a no-hurt,convenient,practicality and dynamic check-up method.It has special significance for diagnosing isolated iliac artery aneurysm.
