摘要
针对2008年~2010年黄冈及黄石地区电网结构、地区负荷和电源装机情况,详细分析了典型的500kV/220kV电磁环网结构对湖北黄冈及黄石电网安全稳定的影响,分析提出了黄冈及黄石电网安全稳定控制措施、控制策略的配合要求,以及电网安全稳定控制系统的配置方案。对类似电网安全稳定控制系统设计和实施有参考和借鉴作用。
According to the structure, the load and the power generator capacity of the Huanggang and Huangshi electric power network from 2008 to 2010, the paper gives a detailed analysis about the typical 500kV/220kV electromagnetic loop network structure which influences the region network's security and stability, and proposes the cooperation requirement of control measures and strategies as well as the configuration precept of the electric power network's security and stability control system. It may offer a reference to the design and practice of the similar electric power network's security and stability control system.
