摘要
以四氯化钛为原料,通过低温水解法制备出不同物相的纳米TiO2。研究了不同钛离子浓度、乙醇用量、反应温度和反应时间对纳米TiO2晶相的影响,利用X射线衍射和拉曼光谱对所得样品进行表征。结果表明,水解过程中钛离子浓度的变化直接影响到产物晶型的改变,在钛离子浓度较高时,乙醇的存在对亚稳相纳米TiO2的形成具有促进作用。
The nanosized titania with different crystal forms was prepared by hydrolysis of titanium tetrachloride at low temprature. The Prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra and trans mission electron microscopy (TEM). The effects of Ti^4+ concentration, dosage of alcohol, reaction temperature and time on the crystal phase of nanosized titania were investigated. The results showed that the phase of nanosized TiO2 depended on Ti^4+ concentration primarily, the exsit of alcohol promoted the form of metastable state nanosized TiO2.
