摘要
为探讨如何完善我院护理质量持续改进,为患者提供安全优质的服务。护理部制定了"以病人为中心"全员参与、全面管理、全程控制的护理质量管理标准;建立了高素质、高效能的护理质量监控组织,运用基础控制、环节控制、终末质量控制等方法,采取督导、检查、评价、反馈等措施,有效地抓好全程动态护理质量监控;正确分析考评结果,制定相关改进措施,使医院护理质量迈上制度化、规范化、科学化的轨道。
In order to explore the method to perfect nursing quality management and to provide patients with safe and excellent service. Nurse Management work out the development of ＂ patient - centered＂ full participation, the overall management, full control over the quality of care management standards; and establish the high-quality high-performance organizations to monitor the quality of care, using the basis of control, link control, quality control methods such as terminal to take supervision, inspection, evaluation, feedback and other measures to effectively do a good job monitoring the whole dynamic quality of care;the correct analysis of evaluation results, the development of relevant measures for improvement, so that the quality of hospital care to a systematized, standardized and scientific track.
