摘要
分支内折返型室速又称维拉帕米敏感性室速,在左室特发性室速中最常见。其产生的电生理机制是折返。通常见于心脏结构正常的年轻患者,应用维拉帕米可有效治疗此种室速。应用浦肯野纤维和舒张期电位指引进行射频消融有较高疗效。本文旨在对5例分支内折返型室速的诊治过程分析,总结诊治经验。
Branch reentrant type ventricular tachycardia, also known as verapamil sensitive ventricular tachycardia in idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia most common. Electricity generated is returned to physiological mechanism. Usually seen in young cardiac patients with normal structure, the application of such effective in the treatment of verapamil ventricular tachycardia. Application of Purkinje fibers and guidelines diastolic potential higher efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation. The purpose of this paper five cases of branch-type ventricular tachycardia reentry process of diagnosis and treatment analysis, summing up the experience of diagnosis and treatment.
