摘要
人们时常把流行语时间、质量和成本称为组织措施和其他生产措施的目标。然而，这三个目标并未从内容上进行过明确的定义；另一方面，它们也并非反映出组织重新设计的潜在目标。本文将在同步工程的范围内，针对产品开发的重组状况看重提出两个方面的问题，即质量和环境保护。
The catchwords time, quality and cost are often considered as targets of organizational and other operational measures. On the one hand, the contents of these three categoies of targets have not yet been clearly; on the other hand, they do not show all the potential targets of an organizational redesign. In this article, the two issues of quality and environrnent protection are discussed in view of the reorganization of product developmnt within the scope of Simultaneous Engineering.
