摘要
病案质量管理是医院医疗质量管理中的一项重要内容,做好病案质量监控是提高医疗质量的重要途径。从多方位、多途径、多环节对病案质量进行监控,提高病案的质量,达到病案质量控制的目的。
Medical record is not only a true record of patients＇ medical activities in hospital, but also a full record of medical staffs＇ work. There- fore, improving the quality of medical records is the requirements of improving the quality of medical service and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients. Quality management of medical records is also an important component of the quality management of medical service; good quality control of medical records is an important way to improve the quality of medical service. Our hospital implemented the quality control of medical records from the multi - faceted, multi - channel, multi - link pairs of cases to strengthen the monitoring work, which could make a real im- provement in the quality of medical records, and which also required the concerted efforts and supervision of all staffs. Only all staffs enthusiasm to quality control of medical records increased, the purpose of quality control could be achieved.
