急诊应用无创正压通气的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 近年来由于无创正压通气(non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,NIPPV)具有减少患者不舒适感、疗效确切、节省医疗费用等优点,在临床应用越来越广泛。现总结我院急诊内科2005年1月至2008年6月35例因疾病导致急性呼吸衰竭行无创正压通气患者的临床资料,对其病因、病情、疗效等进行回顾性分析,报告如下。
