摘要
全面推广供热计量是推进建筑节能的有效途径之一。深入研究了辽宁省供热计量地区性统一热价、两部制热价比例及两部制热价的制定方法,并提出了基于两部制热价和建筑节能设计标准,包括热费分摊、计算和收缴方法等在内的辽宁省供热计量收费管理模式,为辽宁省供热计量制定热价、确立收费管理模式提供依据。
Total promoting heating meterage is one of the effective ways to advance energy efficiency.Methods of making regional unitive heat price,two-fold heat price and its proportion for heating meterage in Liaoning province are studied deeply.Based on two-fold heat price and design standard of energy efficient buildings,the heating meterage charging management model in Liaoning province is approached including sharing,calculation,collection of heating fee,etc.in order to provide basis for making heat price and charging management model of heating meterage in Liaoning province.
