天疱疮的诊断研究概况 被引量：2

摘要 天疱疮是一种累及皮肤和粘膜的严重的表皮内大疱性皮肤病，病因尚不完全清楚，目前已确定是一种自身免疫性疾病。其发病率在万分之四左右，且呈上升趋势，以中年人群多见，无明显性别差异。临床表现为正常皮肤上出现大小不一的大疱，疱壁薄而松弛、易破。
