摘要
目的:观察养阴软坚法姑息治疗提高晚期非小细胞肺癌生活质量、延长生存期的临床疗效。方法:收集病例86例,随机分为试验组和对照组各43例,化疗或支持疗法基础上,试验组加养阴软坚中药,观察两组生活质量评分及生存期不同。结果:试验组生活质量评分及生存期均明显优于对照组。结论:养阴软坚法治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌对提高生活质量及延长生存期有明显作用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of ＂YangYin Ruardian＂ on the quality of life, sarviral time in non - small cell lung cancer. Methods ： 86 subjects were randomized into two groups ： control group in which 43 cases and treatment group in which 43 cases, were treated wich chemotherapy plus ＂ YangYin Ruanjian＂, The quality of life, survival time were observed. Results ： The quality of life, 1 year survival time was better in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion：＂ YangYin RuanJian＂ can improve the quality of life,survival time in patients with advanced non -small cell lung cancer.
