脂肪酸成分在猪的育种上是一个重要的经济性状,不仅影响猪肉品质,而且对人类的健康也有十分重要的作用。本文综述了近几年来国内外学者在猪肌内脂肪酸成分方面的研究进展。
Fatty acid composition is one of the most important economic traits in pig breeding. Fatty acid influence on the quality of meat, and highly relevant for human health. This paper reviewed the study of pig fatty acid composition recent years.
