摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗阵发性快速心房纤颤的临床疗效。方法:静脉注射盐酸普罗帕酮注射液,复律6小时后改为内服盐酸普罗帕酮片,配合内服中药汤剂参芪复律汤。结果:20例阵发性快速心房纤颤中,痊愈15例,显效3例,好转1例,无效1例,有效率为95%。结论:中西医结合方法治疗阵发性快速心房纤颤,能尽早复律并巩固维持,预防其复发。
Objective： To observe therapeutic effect of integrated treatment on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods： Propafenone Hydrocnloride Injection, i.v. , 6 hours after rhythm recovers, take Propafenone Hydrocnloride tablets orally, and combine with herbal shenqi fulv decoction . Results： Among 20 cases, 15 were recovered, 3 were effective, 1 was improved, 1 was invalid, and total effective rate was 95 %. Conclusion： Integrated treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can help recover rhythm can maintain effect, also prevent recurrence.
