摘要
本文分析了民营资本进入能源行业的理论基础,在此基础上剖析了民营资本进入能源行业存在的现实问题,即体制障碍、管理机制和融资难三大难题,并提出解决途径。
This paper introduced the theory basis of its entering and analyzed the realistic problems at present,which are system obstacle,management mechanism and financing difficult.Finally,put forward some countermeasures.
