摘要
城镇化是社会进步的标志,也是经济社会发展的必然趋势。新型城镇化指的是建设布局合理、功能完善、特色鲜明、城乡统筹、资源节约、环境友好、社会和谐、速度保证的新型城镇和社会主义新农村。绥江应以向家坝电站建设为契机,走有县域特色的新型城镇化道路。
Urbanization is a sign of social progress, but also the inevitable trend of economic and social development. Urbanization refers to the new towns and new socialist villages with reasonable layout, perfect function, distinctive characteristics, urban and rural co- ordination, resource -saving, friendly environment, social harmony and speed guarantee. By taking the construction of Xiangjiaba Power Station as an opportunity, Suijiang county should develop its new own urbanization construction with its county characteristics.
