摘要
目的研究沟通在医院感染管理中的有效应用。方法3年采用多种沟通方法和沟通技巧应用在医院感染管理工作中。结果医院感染管理水平及医院感染控制工作质量不断提高;医院感染管理工作质量各项指标均达到或超过预定目标。结论医院感染管理专业人员应掌握沟通方法和技巧,提高沟通能力;完成医院感染管理工作职能,沟通是基础,同时也是手段。
OBJECTIVE To study effective application of communication in the hospital infection management.METHODS A variety of communication methods and skills has been applied in the hospital infection management for three years.RESULTS The level of hospital infection management and work quality of hospital infection control has been improved constantly.CONCLUSIONS The professionals in hospital infection management should master the communication methods and skills,and improve the communication ability.The communication is the foundation as well as the means in completing the task of hospital infection management.
