摘要 采用热压烧结技术研制出Al2O3/TiC/Mo/Ni陶瓷拉拔模具。在MRH-3高速环-块磨损试验机上研究了不同载荷与滑动速度下Al2O3/TiC/Mo/Ni陶瓷拉拔模具材料与45#钢对摩时的干摩擦磨损性能,并对其磨损率进行了分析。采用有限元法分析了Al2O3/TiC/Mo/Ni陶瓷拉拔模具在加工过程中的受力分布,研究了其内孔在实际拉拔加工中的磨损行为及磨损机理。结果表明:Al2O3/TiC/Mo/Ni陶瓷拉拔模具具有较好的强度和硬度,在高速下的耐磨性较好,磨损率较低,保持在3.1×10-9cm3/(N.m);其内孔磨损在工作区及定径区最为严重,主要以磨料磨损为主,出口区有轻微压裂。 Al2O3/TiC/Mo/Ni ceramic wire drawing die was developed by hot pressing sintering technique. The dry friction and wear properties of materials were studied at the MRH-3 high speed wear and tear test machine against 45 # steel; moreover the wear rate of it was analyzed. A FEM analysis model for the stress and its distribution inside the ceramic die during wire-drawing processes was established. Wear behaviors and wear mechanisms of the internal bore on the ceramic wire drawing die were researched in practice drawing process. The results reveal that the Al2O3/TiC/Mo/Ni ceramic wire drawing die has good flexural strength, hardness and wear resistance at high speed. The wear rate is kept at 3.1×10^-9 cm^3/(N.m). The wear and tear behaviors of the internal bore is acute at the deformation zone and invariable zone. Abrasive wear is the mainly wear behavior. There are some light cracks at exit zone.
