石油钻头自激振荡脉冲喷嘴真空扩散焊接工艺正交试验研究

摘要 针对石油钻头自激振荡脉冲喷嘴结构复杂和制造困难的问题,提出用"模压法分段成形加真空扩散焊连接"制造的新工艺。采用正交试验法,通过极差分析和方差分析,研究了扩散焊接温度、焊接压力和焊接时间等工艺参数对自激振荡脉冲喷嘴焊接接头抗剪强度的影响,确定了因素的主次顺序、因素的最佳水平组合及扩散焊接的最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明,当采用焊接温度1050℃、焊接压力120MPa和焊接时间20min的参数组合时,可获得强度高、致密性好和耐冲蚀的焊接接头,其抗剪强度≥750MPa。该研究可为选择石油钻头自激振荡脉冲喷嘴真空扩散焊接的最佳工艺方案提供依据。 In allusion to the problems of the complexity of self-oscillating pulsed jet nozzle for oil drilling bits and difficult for manufacturing,a new technique for self-oscillating pulsed jet nozzle for oil drilling bits by means of vacuum diffusion welding was put forward.The influence of the technological parameters (temperature,pressure and time) of vacuum diffusion welding of pulsed jet nozzle on the shear strength of the welding joint was studied by orthogonal optimization test to seek the optimal combination of parameters and primary and secondary order of impact factors.The results show that the optimum combined factors include welding temperature 1050℃,welding pressure 120MPa,welding time 20min,which provide the optimum mechanical and technological performances,the shear strength of the welding joint is more than 750MPa,the welding joint of the nozzles has high anti-wearing,corrosion resistance and strike resistance.It provides evidence for choosing the optimum technological specification of pulsed jet nozzle vacuum diffusion welding joints.
