摘要
根据圆锯片的结构特点以及圆锯片的实际工作条件,结合流体动压润滑理论,建立回转圆锯片工作系统的动力学方程,通过对该动力学方程的理论分析,利用专门设计、制造的试验装置,对圆锯片的静态特性及圆锯系统的动态特性进行了测量,将测量数据与理论分析进行了对比,结果表明,流体动压膜可有效地减少圆锯片横向振动的幅值,这为进一步研究减小圆锯片工作时的横向振动及提高其稳定性奠定了基础。
In accordance with the structure and working condition of the circular saw blade, as well as the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication, we established a dynamic equation of the circular saw blade system. Then we analyzed the dynamic equation, designed and produced the tester to measure the behaviors of the circular saw blade, detected the static characteristics of circular saw blade and the dynamic character- istics of the circular saw system, and compared the measure data with the theoretical analysis. The result shows that the hydrodynamic lubrication film can decrease effectively the lateral vibration of the circular saw blade. This research work gives a technique method of decreasing the lateral vibration and increasing the stability of circular saw blade.
